Please email info@highnoonstudiosart.com as soon as you can if you realize you need to change your order. If you have gotten a shipping confirmation then it is too late to make changes.
You will be emailed a shipping confirmation and a tracking link once your order has been sent out. Please allow for up to 72 hours for your tracking number to first update. If you have any trouble with your tracking number please reach out!
If you do not receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of your purchase please reach out via email! Your order confirmation is the first email you receive to confirm that your order has gone through. Make sure you finished your transaction fully too!
Absolutely! Please fill out the form with as much detail as you can, and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm able. Custom requests are taken based on my ability to complete them, and will take extra time. Please plan for 2-4 weeks for your order to be made. I cannot rush orders.
