Policies

  • Refunds and returns are not accepted for any reason, I am a small business and can't afford the kickback costs of this. If you have a problem with your order please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
  • Once packages leave my hands they are unfortunately out of my control. I try to include tracking with all my packages which means they are easier to find and insured up to a certain value. If a package gets lost I will do my best to make it right for you after you have taken the steps to find it with USPS or your local carrier.
  • Custom fees and rates are the responsibility of the customer. I will be honest on the custom form, please do not ask me to mark it as a lesser value or as a gift to lessen fees, since this can get us both in trouble.
  • Almost all of my items are handmade which means they will naturally have small imperfections. Please read the descriptions carefully and look at the photos before you make your purchase. If something has greater flaws than what I consider to be normal, it will be considered "b-grade" and sold at a discount.
